We have many chest freezers and we're able to store almost a years corp of garden goodies. Nothing says "sybaritic" quite like tomato based sauces in frozen January.

I have 16/17 bags of spicy red sauce already from our tomatoes. By the end of the summer it should be 2 dozen!
