I don't actually think you are blocked because I can't see their posts either. I think Bluesky might be a lil bit different when it comes to how blocking works. From the way I understand it, because Sarah blocked them, we can't see their posts in a context where we are viewing one of Sarah's posts.

Did you look for the guy's bio page? Bluesky has it set up so blocking someone doubles as hiding their replies on your post not only from you, but also others. I had to do quick digging and found the guy hasn't blocked me. Quote dunking/ratio was bad practice, so im glad it's set up like this
