The challenges for Europe are not the same either.
Europe's moral challenges and duties don't change based on continents. Especially as the European Union is Israel's second largest source of foreign aid, arms and ammunition and has been given the most privileged trade deal EU has ever granted.
The EU is applying too little pressure, for much too long now. Moreover, many of its member states and some EU officials, even on the highest level, are actively supporting the war crimes in Gaza and elsewhere, and the illegal attack on Iran. The EU lost its moral authority a long time ago.

One key aspect, if granted, will automatically be followed by humanitarian aid, ceasefires and relief for the civilian population. Access for international and independent reporters to Gaza would immediately result in support for civilians. Why must Israel grant access in the first place?
