Ok for those that don't know this particular law. The Former Vice President Protection Act of 2008 (110th Congress, Public Law 110-326) amended federal law to grant former vice presidents, their spouses, & children under 16 yo, Secret Service protection for up to six months after leaving office.
Except that Biden extended her security for a year due to the idiots revenge tour.
Biden extended the coverage for another year - Trump has decided that his political vindictiveness is far more important than her safety, so he revoked Biden's directive. Trump is a child and proving himself to be the worst president we've EVER had by any measure.

I also remember that Biden took Amtrak back home after 2016....
Basically, VICE Presidents only get max 6-months protection anyways. It's only the actual presidents, that get lifetime protection.
