It’s rough and the assholes in charge are damaging the world right now. You don’t have to feel patriotic. You just have to feel something...anger…embarrassment…disgust And let those feelings drive you to action. Join a group and support each other in your action. Justice is coming.
I’m in a senior group that stands on corners once a month. We’ve been getting more & more support. We hand out flyers & send letters to Congress. I doubt it’s THAT helpful, but it’s something.
Thank you. Nobody is coming to save us. We the people have to do this ourselves.
We’ve started bringing supplies to a veteran group, and my neighbour & I drop off goodies at the local assisted care place. We just want those that can’t help themselves know there’s a few that do care. Not much of a resistance, per se, but helping others has always been my thing.
