He’s had those weird involuntary movements for a long time, but this particular one was more severe. @tomjchicago.bsky.social used to point them out.

Yeah, he used to, but I haven’t seen anything from him lately. Hope he’s alright. That’s advanced, rapidly progressing #FrontoTemporalDementia of the PSP type. Hey, #DementedDonOLD #TickTockMFer #TickTock
You're right. When we've seen him glitch like this before, he's been clutching the podium and it shows in a shoulder jerk, usually right before or after he mispronounces a word really badly. This time he had nothing holding him up and the jerk affected his whole right side.
It’s been noted in Trump’s public speeches since at least 2018 in a quick search … Any neurologists in the house to tell us what that indicates?
Just one example: x.com/tomjchicago/...
And that’s from over six years ago…
Thanks for making my point. He’s had that issue for a long time and it’s getting worse and worse. Sometimes it seems like it’s controlled by medication, sometimes not so much.
Exactly - first I thought it could have been from this past May (didn’t track where he spoke), and hadn’t seen your earlier post, so I was surprised to see the 2019 date…! Thanks for posting it - reference points like that matter.
He has even stopped doing accordion solos when standing. He only solos when he’s slumped over in a golden Saddam chair. He’s an old man near death. A total waste of life. He has literally not performed a good deed his entire hideous life. A disastrous sloppy caricature of a human being.
Not only has he not performed a good deed, he’s made it a practice to ruin other peoples’ lives. And since he’s been president, he has been able to ruin millions of lives.
