Welcome to Massachusetts? The town of Marlborough MA is just down the road from where I work. Interestingly enough, there is also a town called New Marlborough in this state as well, but that's nowhere near Marlborough.
Maybe its trying to protect kids from cigarettes by introducing them to cigars.
