They didn't. They've been "two months away from having nukes" for 20 years, while they were actively cooperating with the nuclear non proliferation treaty. The current course of action seems like a great way to get them to make some.

That is true, the video compilations of fox news reporting "just months until they have a nuke" every couple years since the 90s was pretty eye opening, they've been manufacturing concent for this for decades... though if I were Iran, I would have wanted nukes...
