He was meant to be sacked yes.. January 1990. Fergie came in a third into the season when we were 21st placed and dragged us to an 11th place finish. Following season we finished 2nd but no real title challenge and then 3rd season came 11th again which would able a sackable offence today.

We have moved so far out from our past we forgot the very thing we are. Quick fixes don’t solve solutions. Never has, never will at this club. The sooner everyone smells the coffee, the better.
