There is no reason Canada needs to have Fox available as an option. It is not an actual news channel as it readily admits.

I disagree. We are a free country, and people should, with certain obvious exceptions (e.g. child porn), be able to access whatever media they like. I have faith that Canadians, who have the highest rates of postsecondary education in the world, can still think critically about what they consume.
