And yet the higher up in a company, the more likely any ethics rules are to be more grossly violated with impunity for longer periods.
And if it’s the use of gifts there for the salespeople to use to generate or retain business, it’s often not taken very seriously if the persons are big rainmakers for sales or are dealmakers in terms of raising money or acquisitions or dispositions.
