The judge wouldn't allow the case to proceed if there was no evidence to support the law suit! There are also investigations currently going on in the swing states that she lost.

Which didn’t meet the merit to proceed with discovery because of lack of evidence. That’s what makes this case a big deal. They have evidence. Apparently, serious enough.

If there was so much theft going on why aren’t the swing states with Dem governors also bringing forth cases? Michigan, PA, Arizona?
