It is difficult for a senator in the minority party to simply remove a secretary confirmed by the majority party. But yes I would like the house Dems to at least introduce articles of impeachment on RFK and put their colleagues on record

I do understand the reality of being in the minority and the difficulties it entails but the Dems need to use every tool available to them to fight this regime. As you pointed out introducing articles of impeachment, even it fails, would be a good start.
