Worth remembering they are concerned with how much power they might hand a Democrat president. Even this joke of a court is not that stupid.

If they support this, there will never be another Democratic president until after the next civil war and who knows what the country will even consist of at that point. They aren't leaving office without violence this time. They've shown us their hand too much to allow us to have a say.
