pedantically, it's "Thou shalt not bear false witness." You can lie about stuff. You can't talk smack about other people or perjure yourself in court.

No, I've read the NKJV. It has a commandment about lying in general, and another about lying on somebody. At least that's how most people take it. The whole book is nuts!

There's only the 10... plus the 2 Jesus gave. Coveting comes up twice though. Once for possessions and once for wives.
