-- Today's parole commissioners will be different than yesterday's. -- Most legal experts we've spoken to, however, say the odds that Lyle and Erik would get different results are small, given they were convicted of the same crime and have similar prison violations.

If anything, the L.A. Deputy D.A. assigned to the case hinted yesterday he might have additional lines of attack to use against Lyle, like the allegation that he tried to get witnesses to lie at their initial trial.

Once again, I can't transmit live details. California Corrections is tightly controlling access, which they had to approve weeks ago. If you're not in the pool, sorry, but that's not my call. I'm working with press access groups to modernize this process for the future.
