i wish people would stay on this because news orgs do nothing, and of course, law enforcement keeps saying it's Indigenous men abducting the girls and women...or that they are runaways...just as they do with Black girls/women. we know what's up. since this country was founded, man.
Right? More murders are committed by non-tribal members than not. Look at the true story of the Osage murders, covered in the book and movie Killers of the Flower Moon. But as you said and as with us, it's dismissed.
The film also used 'A Pipe for February', which I recommend. It's fiction, written by Charles Red Corn. Such a moving book from the perspective of an Osage man and the white man isn't the savior in it.

“If these were white women”, FBI would have been deployed and national media would be cataloguing every story daily. I can think of hearing stories when go missing while vacationing in the Islands.
