People who let emotion control their lives are at the mercy of their latest feelings. And those feelings can build all in the same direction, taking them down a dark path. There are, imo, two countering forces to this that can help people regain self-control and self love. Please see attached 🤗
This is the same reason many people have been drawn into cults. The cult provides an illusion of love for those who are, essentially, lost or self haters. And I think those people need love to help them reject the cult, and only then can education help them regain self confidence and options.
