Right & as with ALL these companies (usually 1%er sub-contractors, or companies EXPECTED to fold after to hide the corruption) they mark it up 10-100x over norm, kick 50% back to the GOP in superPACs donations/bribes/offshore accounts, & keep the rest of the insane padding for laundering/risk fees.

My company has worked with them on USMC contracts. They are very knowledgeable and hard working people, and are doing this work with other experienced companies. Just because they kept their costs down doesn’t mean they lack capability. If you don’t know them well you should do better.
