Not to mention that you don't live with your friends. Their infections don't become your infections. The bar is naturally far higher for household members.

Yes. It's much worse that people in my household don't look after themselves to prevent themselves from getting sick with a disease that could easily kill me or them. At the very least, another outbreak in the home could mean none of us are able to work (have a sufficient income).
