In conjunction with the rest of the Trump regime's political and economic policies, this blending of government and corporate interests is in fact pretty standard fascism.

This is by the literal definition - state capitalism. The state has zero control over Intel and this is non-voting stock. The purpose here is that we feel these massive corporations owe us for building and defending the industry in which they thrive. This is a Biden program. I don't agree w/it
