The current agreement ends next year. It isn’t raining. It isn’t snowing. There isn’t water to distribute. Az had a 13-17% cut but there’s foreign owned farms pumping millions of gallons of water to grow alfalfa that they can’t grow in their own countries because it takes too much water. Ridiculous.
