Why does he spend time with known gang members? Why did his wife get a restraining order against him for domestic violence? Why should he not be deported if he came to the U.S. illegally?
He is WAS a Union member working in construction. His Union team & Boss made a video about missing him.
All this should be done with due process. Obviously he is NOT a gang member, his wife did not go through with the restraining order, and his legal status is obviously not "illegal" enough to deport him. To circle round: DUE PROCESS for all 3 accounts of accusation. It's not you opinion that counts.
