Why can’t he use his own trash cans?

He was hired to help clean out the neighbors house, and they filled up their trashcans and used mine as well. That was Tue, when I told him. Trash came on wed, which I couldn't use my cans(full), then today, he's filling em again... I just lost it. 😡
