Couple of rules. Don't believe anything until it's actually policy. Half of what's said is for the purpose of fifth estate disorientation. If anything said is really dumb, right wingy, there's a good chance it'll come to pass. Decisions are based upon last person spoke to. Congress will back it all.

Listening to Donald Trump speak and processing his words is like using MS Excel with a load of active formulas: best turn off the auto calc function. Donald Trump makes a lot of noise; best update your reality periodically rather than continuously. I call this Trump Auto Calc Obverse Theory.
