Whatever. I live in a black city ringed by white suburbs that we subsidize that vote among other things to hand over out police to the governor. We didn’t start this war but we will finish it. Outstate voters have been killing urban citizens with their votes my whole life

Rural areas are more politically heterogeneous than urban ones, they’re not competitive because it’s more of a 60/40 split in favor of conservatives vs an 80/20 split for liberals in urban areas. It’s part of the reason why geography based representation is flawed.
