What strange movie choices to prove someone is a cinephile. The Party in particular, Peter Sellers in brown face and lots of 60s Indian stereotypes. Odd. And all 3 films mentioned being slapstick. Not say Casablanca, Mean Girls and 8½. Choosing The Party has to mean something

Actually I’ve read it properly now, they’re saying she’s a cinephile but she love schtik. I’d still have thought she might have said The General, It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World and Mean Girls. Choosing The Party out of all Sellers movie and the problematic brown face is… interesting
