At least we know he's still on the Enterprise under Kirk, so even if he's busted down in rank he won't be 💀. I'm with you - McCoy can join the crew in the *final* season as far as I'm concerned. Even if he's cast as well as Scotty (♥️), he has his time in TOS; still so much to explore w/M'Benga!
All this said, I really dig the ep. I trust the writers enough to be excited about what's coming next, even while I'm hoping for another "planet of the week" ep without the baggage of the current arcs, before the season is over 🤞🤞🤞
Haha yeah, my curse with everything is having my favourite character snuff it at some point so at least we know M'Benga is safe! I think the casting has been great too, Scotty is a cutie! I also could do without a lot of the additional baggage but TBF SNW doesn't drag it on as much as other shows
