Had a customer print off my email, handwrite their responses to my questions on the printout, then scan and email back the printout. I'm not even sure what's going on anymore.

Had a boss. He had his secretary print them off, take dictation on the answer, then hand deliver the typed up responses. Often with the admonition to hurry up with a response. His title? Vice President of Technology. Can't make that up.
