I've done most of those to sheep myself πŸ˜„ I've never bothered to buff horns, as I was always showing here as an 'oddity' It's actually a multi-day process, usually starting a week or two before (Just for the beautification, of course the actual work to get there is years old)

And the wool colours on them! There are no buff yellow sheep out in fields. Two tier sheep, for sure. My personal favourite was at a much smaller show, a glitter-covered young handler girl showing a glitter-covered sheep. That’s more like it!

Yeah that'll be a texel πŸ˜† OMG I want to see the glitter sheep!!! They brought a costume class back into our national show a few years back, and it's SO adorable

Yep, watching kids having a go is fab. I regret not taking a picture of the glitter sheep. When you say costume do you mean people dressed in costume? Sheep costume? Or sheep dressed as cows?

Both. My kids were too old to participate, but as they did 4H diary, and I had Jacob Sheep, I so badly wanted to have them show one as if it was a holstein πŸ˜†

I have a black labrador. He would look nice as a Shaun the Sheep. You’ve given me ideas.
