Oh yes! We ate at the Fish House on our first visit, some years ago! I believe I had the Cole Fillet... π€π We do love both of the huts, and hit them on different days. Think we hit the green one more this year though. I think 90% of our Oban eats was seafood! π€£
It was 100% for us, we just didnβt bother with anything else until our stay ended and we travelled on to Edinburgh.
Hehehe, my friend loves Binba Coffeehouse (I'm not a huge coffee person, but their hot chocolate & pastries are stellar!), and we had a couple of big breakfasts at Wetherspoons. Did you hit up the Oban Chocolate Factory? (We did do other stuff than just eat, I swear! π€£)

I found out while planning my first visit in 2017, that my great grandfather was from Oban. My Nana is a MacDougall, & Oban is the seat of the MacDougall Clan. Visited π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ 3x so far, trying to see some new spots every time, but must have time in Oban! Feels like home. I'd love to live in Scotland.

Oban is a really special place. Hard to put your finger on what it is, but we love the town - this was our second visit - and will definitely be back. It does feel like home.
We lived just along from the Chocolate Factory (in Esplanade Court) but never actually went there. Will have to do so next time, because we are certainly returning!
Oh yes, I know I'll visit Scotland, & Oban again! Definitely check out the Chocolate Factory! Wonderful cafe vibe to sit & relax, delicious drinks & amazing chocolates! You can buy prepackaged ones to take away, & even pick your own combos of their chocolates!
