I looked and i couldnt find any posts with a period after "thank you for your attention to this matter" its always an exclamation mark

Not enough randomly capitalized words. There are only a few all-caps words for emphasis and Tariff is capitalized. It feels too “clean” to have been typed up by one of his usual aides imitating his style. Probably GPT-5 isn’t clever enough about his particular ungrammatical tells.
