Out of the mannnnnny ways I've made tikka masala this definitely ranks as the highest so far. Absolutely delicious.

Lucky! I love a good tikka masala. I recently had the WORST tikka masala, which tasted like dry tough chicken with tasteless tomato puree. That dish hurt me on a spiritual level.

Sounds great. Will have to try. I suggest chicken tikka pizza if you haven't tried it. Yummy. Use broiler to crisp up naan, add toppings, and bake.
