I'm Aussie - so while I see a blanket ban of guns as unrealistic and unproductive (i.e. farmers and licensed hunters). I do think that you should have a damn good reason for owning a gun ... and "coz I want one" is NOT a good reason. And FFS keep the damn things properly locked up when not in use !!

True.. and different ideals and principle people have. I'm not for people hunting for pleasure, that's animal cruelty. Hunting for pest control (i.e. rabbits etc) for Australia - you'd have to have a license to do it legally.. Same with hunting for food ... and don't you have shops?

we have shops, but we also hunt for the elders who would only have eaten from the wild then we use every single part of the animal to be honest part of our life is not going to the store where they’ve killed them and slaughtered them enmass with no honor rather give thanks and honor them our way
