2) Pro-se litigation assisted by AI: where a government action creates tens or hundreds of thousands of victims, the legal arguments are highly similar in the suits that need to be filed. Agentic AI can be spun up to create filings where the facts of a case are applied to a pre-determined framework
....this would get around the problems of hallucinations etc and create unique suits by the thousands that can be filed without attorneys to obtain thousands of injunctions. A plus here is that the government will be overwhelmed by hundreds of thousands of lawsuits...
3) Attorney extenders: we need attorneys to be able to handle a higher volume of cases, which means the legal professional needs to figure out ways to enable more efficiency + outsourcing. In medicine we say that people should be practicing at the top of their license. Needs to accelerate in law.
Basically an effective response to the SCOTUS decision today must involve innovations in the way legal services are delivered and find ways to lower the cost and dramatically expand access to legal services. We need innovations that expand access to the courts. Urgently.
