You mean zooming in to that part of the screen while working with the recorded footage? That's what I thought as well. I don't know if it's real or not, but it was definitely edited for clarity.

Would that still leave the camera tools bar at the bottom though?

Good point. I don't know -- it would depend entirely on the security camera app, and also whether this was recorded from it, or from a screen-recording app on the same computer.
