I hope that every single nurse in the UK memorizes those two faces in order to know how to treat these two awful beings when they show up one day in a hospital

They won’t though. Because nurses and other medical professionals treat the injury, not the individual. Because they /are/ professionals - whether their ancestors came to this country last week, last month, last year, last century, last millenium, or the one before that, or the one before that.
