That's a really bold conclusion to jump to from what those graphs suggest and kind of screams paranoia and fundamental data analysis skills. But to be clear, disease prevention/harm reduction isn't supposed to be a single step solution.

These curves don't show what you think they show, and if you sincerely believe them, then you are getting manipulated. They show death rate and not incidence of disease. So, they don't show the incidence decreased before vaccine, they just show the progress of medecine improved the patients outcome.
