They don't have the guts to invoke the 25th. And MH, she stopped being valid during T1.
Nor do they have the self respect. They will devote themselves to their own best interests, however.
You need self respect to have the cohones to invoke the 25th. But then again, that's why they have those well paid positions to begin with.
