Sorry you’re going through this, but at least you have the right attitude. September will mark the three-year mark since my surgery (no radiation).

Thanks. The side effects have slowly decreased in the 7 weeks since radiation and 2 weeks since ending 6 months of chemo. If your surgery went well, it was likely better than what I've gone through. My fear was if the surgery didn't go well, the side effects can be worse and longer lasting.

There have been some annoying side effects, but I keep telling myself it’s better than the alternative.
