This is not an hiv trial and it's a tiny cohort, I get that in NL it was the only way to get prog without diy but at least follow the protocol or go get it diy also it's rct (and double blind afaik) so nobody knows if maybe you're just boofing the placebo
And the thing is they would not go say it cuz they would be removed from the study data right away and probably lose their prog cuz no longer part of the trial so there is 0 incentive to not lie if you just want the prog
I know they would be excluded from data cuz the protocol explicitly states oral
