I’m on the design end and a building that size… it just defies my 40 years experience to think it can be done well and properly this quickly. What reputable A&E firm could just drop all their other projects to do this one? Something is fishy.

I was production lead for a new $30 mil elementary school about 3 years ago. Pretty basic, over a year from SD to CD. I can't help but wonder if there weren't "Eastern European" designers involved. 30+ years and I've seen warehouses take longer.

There’s so much to do and this is a 90,000 sf building with a massive dome roof structure. Those “Eastern European” designers must’ve started on it last year 🤔
