Establishing a routine is tough....the most important part is to not forget that there will be days where you just can't make it work....and that's fine. So long you don't start thinking "I could not do it because I slipped that one time, so might as well stop trying"
Get some rest, recover than try again. Just like Muten Roshi taught us in original Dragonball. Hard work and training are good, but don't forget to rest and relax.
On some days, nothing will work out. And that itself is fine.
