Does this mean Germany can stuff their Taurus (Tauri?) where the sun doesn't shine, i.e. back into warehouses to wait for obsolescence?

If I remember correctly Taurus has an advanced two-stage detonator warhead which is not (yet) available in Storm Shadow/Scalp or Flamingo. I might be wrong, but I remember reading about this. Let better experts to confirm/deny.

I think you're right, that was it's advantage in hitting the Kerch bridge. But if you want to hit an oil refinery or a Uralmash factory dual warhead is not necessary.
