Dude, you are so out whack here. We are a looooooong way to even start trying to teach this guy about good leadership. We first have to get past teaching him how not to be a petulant child.

Just making general comments on what makes good leaders and bad leaders. It's not for him, it's for anyone who isn't sure about what they're seeing. When you're that old and full of undeserved confidence, it's probably impossible to be taught anything. But young people can still learn.
