I just dont know what I need, I dont know why I am the way I am I just dont know it all feels like too much

I know you said you were thinking of a BPD diagnosis before, and while I'm no medical expert, nor someone who can diagnose you, I have a lot of friends and loved ones who have it, and a lot of the things you say seem like echoes of their struggles

Its okay to not know, some things are too much for us to know

Im trying to get diagnosed but my next appointment for my psychologist is in a week and it could take a few more sessions after that. But even if I have it I've hurt too many people that there's no way I cant be a good person, even if its the BPD that had made me this way

Even if you've hurt people, that doesn't make you a bad person. I've hurt people too, do you think I'm bad? Choosing to be better makes you not a bad person, knowing you've done wrong makes you not a bad person, I hope you do get the diagnosis you need
