I just hope it actually goes online someday, and doesn't end up just sitting out there useless and expensive and rotting. Such a f***ing waste.

I can't imagine the company would just say "Oh well, we won't see any of that return." The most disturbing part is that they cut the alternative energy subsidies while keeping the fossil fuel subsidies. The power companies making billions are STILL being subsidized after more than 100 years.
