I’d forgotten about that! AFAIK, the courts were considering a do-over grand jury. I just did quick search online, but can’t find any recent news articles that update the latest status of that case.

i saw recent mention that the arizona ag isn't changing their position and the trial is, i think, early next year i guess i'm being a touch hopeful but he doesn't have a defense and all the noise he makes seems to show he knows it
