The GOP has effectively become the Trump Crime Syndicate and we need to break it like the mob. State and federal RICO cases to dismantle it, a decade-long, whole-of-government effort. We can’t be squeamish either, probably need to seek the death penalty in several cases. Needs to be comprehensive.

The predicate acts for RICO have been hit dozens of times over. It’s obviously an organized enterprise. Whatever the worst atrocity is that comes out of this, murder I’d venture, needs to be imputed to the highest levels of leadership and the most stringent possible penalty needs to be imposed.
