We badly need a Judiciary Act of 2026 to reform all of the courts. SCOTUS becomes random pull from appeals courts, one permanent administrator from each circuit. Lower courts impossible to venue shop. Stronger vetting process and mandatory up down votes to avoid timing BS like last ten years
